Important Instructions For Candidates

  • The SSC MTS Application Form 2018 is available at online only commission  official website.

  • Candidate may note that only online applications Form will be accepted. It will not be send by Post or any other mode.

  • The Registration would be done at individually by each and every applicants.

  • Before Apply for Multi Tasking Staff Application Form the aspirants must be go through the official Notification to know the Apply process etc.

  • The Candidates must be satisfied the Age Limit, Educational Qualification Criteria for the suitable post.

  • Candidates are warned that they should not furnish any particulars that are false or wrong any material information while filling in the application form.

  • Only single Registration Form should be submitted for the both Paper 1 and 2. Avoid to submitting multiple Application Form if such candidates are found then strict action would be taken against him/her.

  • The Candidates are register at only once and get Registration ID and Password for the examination. IT should be kept safely so that it can be used for further reference.

  • Candidates must fill the online Application form and submit it before the due date and time is over. After closing date submitted Registration form will not entertain at any circumstance.

  • The Registration Form contain two parts, Part 1 should be filled by the basic details like Name, Father’s Name, Age and other related information. Part 2 is for the uploading documents like Signature, Photograph in valid format.

  • After Filling both part a candidates must be paid the Application Form Fees if is applicable.

  • Incomplete or without paying fees Registration Form will not be accepted at any condition.

  • The applicants take a printout of the final submitted SSC MTS Registration Form for future use.

What is Eligibility Criteria?

The eligibility criteria of SSC MTS are set of rules in terms of Education Qualification, Age Limit, Nationality etc. The candidates must satisfy these conditions to be considered for the recruitment process. It is very important to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the SSC MTS exam.

Highlights of SSC MTS eligibility criteria 2017

The SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria is divided into three segments:

 
  • Nationality as Eligibility Criteria,
  • Age Limit as Eligibility Criteria, and
  • Educational Qualification as Eligibility Criteria.

Nationality – 

  • Citizen of India, or
  • Subject of Nepal, or
  • Subject of Bhutan, or
  • Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  • Person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries such as Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age – The age of the candidates should be in between 18 to 25 years as on 01.08. 2016. Aspirants must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1992 and not later than 01.08.1999. Relaxation in the Upper Age limit will be provided as per government rule.

Relaxation in the upper age limit:

11 x-Servicemen ( SC/ST ) 08 years ( 3 years + 5 years) after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the crucial date.
15 Central Govt. Civilian Employees (General/Unreserved) who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on crucial date. Up to 40 years of age
17 Central Govt. Civilian Employees ( OBC ) who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on crucial date. Up to 43 years of age
19 Central Govt. Civilian Employees ( SC/ST ) who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on crucial date. Up to 45 years of age
21 Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir( Unreserved/General ) 5 years
22 Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir( OBC ) 8 years
23 Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir( SC/ST) 10 years
24 Widows / Divorced Women / Women judicially separated and who are not remarried( Unreserved/General ) Up to 35 years of age
25 Widows / Divorced Women / Women judicially separated and who are not remarried( OBC ) Up to 38 years of age
26 Widows / Divorced Women / Women judicially separated and who are not remarried( SC/ST ) Up to 40 years of age
27 Defence Personnel disabled in operation during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as a consequence thereof (Unreserved/General ) 3 years
28 Defence Personnel disabled in operation during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as a consequence thereof( OBC ) 6 (3+3) years
29 Defence Personnel disabled in operation during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as a consequence thereof (SC/ST) 8 (3+5) years
33 Service Clerks in the last year of their colour service in the Armed Forces ( Unreserved/General ) Up to 45 years of age
34 Service Clerks in the last year of their colour service in the Armed Forces ( OBC ) Up to 48 years of age
35 Service Clerks in the last year of their colour service in the Armed Forces ( SC/ST ) Up to 50 years of age
36 Retrenched census employees of Office of Registrar General of India (Unreserved/General ) (They will be considered only for offices under Registrar General of India in their order of merit and subject to availability of vacancies ) 3 years plus length of service rendered by them in connection with census, before retrenchment , and Weightage of past service.
37 Retrenched census employees of Office of Registrar General of India ( OBC ) ( They will be considered only for offices under RGI in their order of merit and subject to availability of vacancies ) Do + 3 years
38 Retrenched census employees of Office of Registrar General of India ( SC/ST ) ( They will be considered only for offices under RGI in their order of merit and subject to availability of vacancies ) Do + 5 years
